Features

  • CHARITY DONATION - We give $1 of each sale from our coffee to Angels of America's Fallen.
  • 100% Arabica - Gourmet Coffee is exclusive and high quality coffee, with a softer flavor and aroma due to the selection of beans and controlled roasting. It is also possible to perceive fruity, chocolaty and nutty notes.
  • 100% single Origin - People who enjoy single origin coffee love its unique tasting notes. Since single origin coffee is "pure," the flavor from its original location is preserved.
  • Rain-forest Alliance Certified - grown and harvested on farms and forests that follow sustainable practices. The Rainforest Alliance seal promotes collective action for people and nature. It amplifies and reinforces the beneficial impacts of responsible choices

Recommended Use

These are roasted whole bean coffee beans which  require a grinder to get them to grind you require. To use with our coffee maker it requires a course grind suitable for a French Press.

Coarse Grind. This larger coffee grind is best for brew methods that involve immersion in water, like a French Press.

Medium-Coarse Grind. This slightly smoother but still fairly large coffee grind is ideal to use with most pour-over brewers, like a Chemex.

Medium Grind. This sandy-textured coffee grind is one of the most popular grinds, perfect for drip brewing coffee makers and AeroPress.

Medium-Fine Grind. This grind is like silky sand, but doesn’t stick together and is another excellent choice for most pour-over brewers. That’s why we make this the grind size for all of our ground coffee.

Fine Grind. This silky grind is finer than table salt. A fine grind is the perfect choice for espresso machines because it packs together well.

Product Care

Your beans’ greatest enemies are air, moisture, heat, and light.

To preserve your beans’ fresh roasted flavor as long as possible, store them in an opaque, air-tight container at room temperature. Coffee beans can be beautiful, but avoid clear canisters which will allow light to compromise the taste of your coffee.

Keep your beans in a dark and cool location. A cabinet near the oven is often too warm, and so is a spot on the kitchen counter that gets strong afternoon sun.

Coffee's retail packaging is generally not ideal for long-term storage. If possible, invest in storage canisters with an airtight seal. - National Coffee Association USA
